Tailor-made training

In school, we learn to read, to write, to count and to draw.

However, the strength of collaboration, the capacity to find ways to disagree, the richness that complementarity brings to us… No one teaches us these things.

It is only when one becomes an adult, when dysfunctions appear, that we have the opportunity to develop a wider range of social skills.

In order to “relearn” these competencies that are related to our interpersonal skills and “being”, and to use them in a company or institution, a team or in a vocational school, you may need training for:

Methodology

We customize content for training, adapting it to your needs and expectations. From 3-hour seminars to training that can span several days throughout the year, from 4 to 100 participants, we evaluate together what you need to meet your goals. Our training is mostly given “in classroom”, though it is possible to adapt some content to short, remote training.

A budget is established once a needs-analysis session is completed.
