Systemic and strategic approach
Human behavior is interactional. To understand an individual or an isolated event, it is essential to take into account the context and the system (professional, social, family, etc) in which that person evolves.
“Applied” Improvisation
Improvisation facilitates your ability to bounce back and be agile. In order to dare to find new ways of communicating and acting, it is essential to create a safe environment that encourages some risk taking.
Interpersonal Communication
Paul Watzlawick has shown that “you cannot not communicate”. In order to choose the right words, find the proper tone, as well as to adopt the corresponding body posture, it is important to understand how you are perceived by the others and then to practice.
