Methodology
We identify dysfunction/s in order to build foundations for new and constructive teamwork: a deeper knowledge of one’s co-workers, the identification of individual and group needs so that team members can undertake greater personal responsibility while paying attention to the emerging dynamics within the group.
Supervision “inter” or “intra” company”
You work alone in the field and need to:
Challenge your actions with others who work at the same level, but outside of your division or even in another industry
Receive from them support, advice and positive input
Understand the impact of your actions
Methodology
“Supervision” is the analysis of the way individuals who do not work directly together go about getting things done. We meet as needed, taking the time we need to meet the challenges of each developing situation.
This approach is helpful, for example, to directors of small businesses, managers, school nurses, social workers and even to students in professional and vocational schools.
Tandem
You create, for the long or short term, a “tandem” and need to:
Affirm the identity of the tandem by clarifying its roles
Empower the tandem by identifying differences as well as complementarities
Define and/or clarify the rules of behavior and communication at the heart of the tandem and beyond
Methodology
This type of coaching aims to identify the way a tandem functions and interacts by working jointly on a development project. From a few sessions of tandem coaching to coaching over a longer period of time, several options are possible (for example, inter and intra-company tandems).
